  • Administration of personal files
  • Preparation of contracts of employment, modifications of contracts, terminations and any other required documents related to employment relationship
  • Administration of attendance sheets (sick leaves, holidays, maternities, etc.)
  • Monitoring of important dates and performing required actions (terminations, end of probation period, etc.)
  • Dealing with all social security related matters, also in case of control (maternities support)
  • Dealing with Statistical Office, also in case of any issues/control
  • Dealing with Labor Inspection in case of any issues/control
  • Informing client about important changes in labor law and ensuring client follows them
  • Based on agreement, on duty hours to: collect all documents, administration regarding to hire or terminate employees, address people’s questions on their employment (holidays, certificates, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc reporting requested by client
